High-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile structure with quick butt joint function
The invention discloses a high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile structure with a quick butt joint function. When a first pipe pile body and a second pipe pile body are mounted, a rotating plate sleeves a first mounting ring of a lower end plate, two arc-shaped plates are mounted on the rotating plate through fastening bolts, but the fastening bolts are not completely screwed down; then a rotating seat is rotated to enable a plurality of first through holes in the rotating plate to correspond to a plurality of second through holes in a second mounting ring; then the fastening bolts are screwed down; and finally the rotating plate and the second mounting ring are fixed through bolts and nuts, and the connecting efficiency of two concrete pipe piles is improved. Meanwhile, a sealing structure among the lower end plate, the rotating seat and an upper end plate can achieve a good sealing effect on the connecting position.
本发明公开了一种具备快速对接功能的高强型预应力混凝土管桩结构,在第一管桩本体和第二管桩本体进行安装时,先使得转动板套在下端板的第一安装环上,并通过紧固螺栓将两个弧形板安装在转动板上,但不完全将紧固螺栓拧紧;再对转动座进行旋转以使得转动板上的多个第一通孔和第二安装环上的多个第二通孔相对应;然后将紧固螺栓拧紧;最后通过螺栓螺母固定转动板和第二安装环,实现提高两个混凝土管桩的连接效率;同时在下端板、转动座和上端板之间的密封结构能对连接处起到良好的密封作用。
