Reverse mounting method of variable-cross-section steel pipe forked supporting column
The invention relates to a reverse mounting method of a variable-cross-section steel pipe forked supporting column, and belongs to the technical field of steel structures. The reverse mounting method comprises the following operation steps of drilling a deep hole in a foundation, burying a reinforcement cage with a flange into the foundation, drilling cementing holes in both sides of the reinforcement cage, drilling a communicating channel between the cementing holes and the reinforcement cage, and then connecting and fixing an anti-seismic spherical hinged support and the reinforcement cage through flange type bolts; connecting supporting column nodes with forked columns on end faces, and then welding and fixing connecting rods between the forked columns; lifting a connecting structure of the supporting column nodes and the forked columns, and then installing a steel pipe concrete column, so that the installation forming of the variable-cross-section steel pipe forked supporting column is completed; and erecting a pile driver on the cementing holes, and injecting concrete in the cementing holes into the reinforcement cage from the communicating channel through the pile driver. The reverse mounting method has the characteristics of uniform load transmission, high structural strength, good stability and long service life. The problem of low construction efficiency caused by a complex structure is solved.
本发明涉及一种变截面钢管分叉支承柱的逆装方法,所属钢结构技术领域,包括如下操作步骤:在地基处打深孔,使得带法兰的钢筋笼埋入地基内,同时在钢筋笼两侧钻出注水泥孔,注水泥孔与钢筋笼之间打出连通甬道,接着将抗震球形铰支座与钢筋笼采用法兰式螺栓连接固定。在端面将支承柱节点与分叉柱进行连接,然后将分叉柱间的联系杆进行焊接固定。起吊支承柱节点与分叉柱的连接结构,然后进行钢管混泥土柱的安装,完成变截面钢管分叉支承柱的安装成型。在注水泥孔上架打桩器,通过打桩器将注水泥孔内的混凝土从连通甬道注入钢筋笼内。具有荷载传递均匀、结构强度高、稳定性好和使用寿命长的特点。解决了结构复杂引起施工效率低的问题。
