Corrugated steel shell composite shear wall and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a corrugated steel shell composite shear wall and a manufacturing method. The corrugated steel shell composite shear wall comprises a first end column, a second end column and a plurality of groove-shaped opening corrugated steel plates, wherein one side of the first end column is connected with the opening edge of the groove-shaped opening corrugated steel plate located on the outer side in a welded mode, the plurality of groove-shaped opening corrugated steel plates are staggered side by side, arranged in the direction of a shear wall column and connected with one another in a welded mode till the groove-shaped opening corrugated steel plates are connected with the second end column in a welded mode to form a shear wall shell, and concrete is poured into the shear wall shell. According to the technical scheme, the groove-shaped opening corrugated steel plates are adopted to replace steel tube bundles and are welded side by side to form the shear wall, so that the number of vertical weld joints is reduced, and the stability of the steel shell is remarkably improved; the corrugated steel plates in the shear wall finished product can be vertically pulled, pressed and sheared to be stressed and can also be horizontally pulled and sheared, and the stress does not have obvious weak links; and split bolts or other additional connecting pieces are not needed, so that the construction is simple, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明提供了一种波纹钢外壳组合剪力墙及制作方法,该波纹钢外壳组合剪力墙包括位于第一端柱、第二端柱和多个槽形开口波纹钢板,所述第一端柱的一侧与位于外侧的槽形开口波纹钢板的开口边焊接连接,多个槽形开口波纹钢板并排交错,沿剪力墙肢方向排列并互相焊接连接,直至与第二端柱焊接连接,形成剪力墙外壳,所述剪力墙外壳内浇筑有混凝土。本发明的技术方案采用槽形开口波纹钢板替代了钢管束,并排焊接形成剪力墙,减少了竖向焊缝数量,显著提升了钢外壳的稳定性;使得剪力墙成品中的波纹钢板可竖向拉压剪受力的同时,亦可水平受拉受剪,受力不会出现明显薄弱环节;无需设置对拉螺栓或其他额外的连接件,施工简单,缩短了工期。
