Preparation and application of sea sand purifying agent
The invention relates to the technical field of sea sand treatment, and discloses preparation and application of a sea sand purifying agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: sequentially adding deionized water, sodium metaaluminate and an alcohol chain transfer agent into a reactor, stirring the mixed liquid in the reactor at a constant speed, and heating to a uniform mixing temperature at the same time to obtain a primary purified mixed solution; and adding ammonium persulfate and a water solution of 30% monomer acrylic acid, heating at a constant temperature, continuing to stir at a constant speed, reacting for 3 hours, stopping heating, cooling to 40 DEG C, adjusting the pH value to 8.0-9.0, heating and concentrating to obtain a polyacrylic acid product with ultra-high molecular weight, and adding a proper amount of water to prepare a water solution of the polyacrylic acid product, namely the sea sand purifying agent. The sea sand purifying agent and fresh water are proportioned into a diluent for cleaning sea sand and removing chloride ions. The sea sand purifying agent disclosed by the invention reaches a food additive level, and can realize sea sand purification treatment, resource saving, environmental protection improvement, sea sand purification efficiency improvement and the like.
本发明涉及海砂处理技术领域,公开了一种海砂净化剂的制备及其应用,其包括:将去离子水、偏铝酸钠、醇类链转移剂依次加入到反应器中,对反应器中的混合液体进行匀速搅拌,同时,进行加热升温至均匀混合温度,制备出初级净化混合溶液;再加入过硫酸铵和30%的单体丙烯酸的水溶液,恒温加热,继续匀速搅拌,反应3h后,停止加热,冷却至40℃,调节PH值至8.0‑9.0,加热浓缩,制成超高分子量的聚丙烯酸类产物,加入适量的水,配成聚丙烯酸类产物的水溶液,即为海砂净化剂;将海砂净化剂与淡水配比成稀释液,用于清洗海砂并除氯离子。本发明的海砂净化剂具有食品添加剂级别,可以实现海砂净化处理,实现节约资源、改善环保和提高海砂净化效率等。
