The invention provides a slurry purifying agent for ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method of the slurry purifying agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying fly ash by using cellulose or sodium salt thereof, a boric acid ester coupling agent, tributyl phosphate and ethylene glycol in a ball mill; the modified fly ash, unsaturated ester, an initiator, a chain transfer agent and other monomers are synthesized into the slurry extracting agent in a high-speed shearing emulsifying machine, the limitation of solubility on the reaction is overcome through a mechanochemical method, and a new direction is provided for high-value utilization of the fly ash. The synthesized ultra-high performance concrete slurry extracting agent can achieve the effects of cement dispersion, water retention and thickening, smooth slurry extraction, suspension homogenization, wiredrawing self-leveling and the like at a low water-binder ratio, and can improve the workability and wrapping property of concrete. When the grouting agent is added into concrete added with low-quality components, the shrinkage rate of the concrete can be reduced, the risk of cracking of the concrete is reduced, and the strength and durability of the concrete are improved.
