Double-ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a double-ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. According to the formula, the material comprises isocyanate MDI, a polyether polyol composition and quartz sand in a weight ratio of 1: 1: (2-4). The preparation method of the double-ceramic material is characterized by comprising the following steps of: taking raw materials according to a weight ratio for later use; selecting an isocyanate MDI liquid material as a black material, selecting a polyether polyol combined liquid material as a white material, and mixing and stirring the black material and the white material well in a high-speed stirrer; outputting quartz sand through a screw rod device, and stirring the three components well in a cylinder body of the high-speed stirrer; and injecting the obtained mixture into a sealed mold for reaction to finally obtain the double-ceramic material. The double-ceramic material has the advantages that the fireproof performance is outstanding and can easily reach the B1 level; the density can be freely adjusted between 250 kg/m < 3 > and 1000 kg/m < 3 >, and application scenes are basically not limited; and most traditional rigid polyurethane is 300 kg/m < 3 > or below, and the application scene is limited.
本发明涉及一种双陶材料及其制备方法,材料的配方重量比为:异氰酸酯MDI:聚醚多元醇组合:石英砂为1;1;2~4。一种双陶材料的制备方法,其特征在于:按重量比例取原料备用;选择黑料为异氰酸酯MDI液态料,选择白料为聚醚多元醇组合液态料,先把黑料和白料在高速搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀;再通过螺旋杆装置输出石英砂,使这三者在高速搅拌机的缸体内搅拌均匀;将所得的混合物注入密封的模具里进行反应,最终得到双陶材料。本发明的优点是:防火性能突出,能轻松达到B1级;密度能在250~1000千克/立方米自由调节,应用场景基本不受限制;传统硬质聚氨酯多为300千克/立方米以下,应用场景受到限制。
