The rectangular blocks can slide up and down, the upper end face of each rectangular block is fixedly connected with a plurality of blocking rods, after the rectangular blocks move upwards, the blocking rods can stretch out of the sinking grooves, after the transverse plate on one side moves towards the stand column under external force, the rectangular blocks on the non-stress side move upwards along the sinking grooves, and after the transverse plates make contact with the stand column and continue to move towards the stand column, the rectangular block on the stress side pops up; and after a vehicle collides with the device, the springs and the blocking rods on the two sides sequentially achieve different buffering and blocking effects at different times, triple buffering of the device on the collided vehicle is achieved, the vehicle speed is reduced in a fastest and effective mode, and the safety coefficient of the protective fence is greatly increased.
