The invention discloses a road traffic safety anti-collision device which comprises a road surface, an anti-collision platform, a guide groove, a resisting groove, a handrail moving device, a handrail, a connecting rope, a sensing device, a buffering linkage device, a wall body and a front blocking device. The anti-collision platform is distributed outside the road surface, and the guide groove is distributed at the top end of the anti-collision platform in the direction of the road in an inclined and outward mode; the defending groove is formed from the outer end of the guide groove to the outer end of the anti-collision platform, the handrail moving device is installed on the inner side of the interior of the anti-collision platform, the handrail is installed on the handrail moving device through the guide groove, the connecting rope is connected with the handrail, the sensing device is distributed on the front portion of the guide groove, and the buffering linkage device is installed at the bottom of the interior of the anti-collision platform. The wall body is installed at the outer end of the anti-collision platform, the front blocking device is installed in the wall body, and the handrail corresponds to the front blocking device through the resisting groove. The problem that collision cannot be effectively prevented due to impact in the lateral direction caused by out-of-control of the vehicle is solved.
