Method for pulling and adjusting high-altitude position deviation in steel structure lifting process
The invention relates to a method for pulling and adjusting high-altitude position deviation in a steel structure lifting process. The method comprises the following steps that a lifting section steel truss is paused when being about to be lifted in place, a chain block is tightened, so that the lifting section steel truss returns to a normal position in the high altitude, and gaps between lower chords, gaps between the lower chords and whether horizontal projections are overlapped or not are checked; and lifters start to work, and the gaps between the lower chords and between the lower chords meet the lifting requirement through repeated alternate matching of the lifters and the chain block until the steel truss at the lifting section is lifted in place. According to the method for pulling and adjusting high-altitude position deviation in the steel structure lifting process, the chain block is arranged to assist in adjusting displacement and deformation of a butt joint opening of a lifting part, so that the high-altitude position of the lifting section pipe truss is adjusted and corrected multiple times in the lifting process, rod pieces are smoothly aligned, and the construction efficiency is improved; and the chain block is arranged on a web member of the truss to control the high-altitude horizontal position of the steel truss at the lifting section, so that the butt-joint collision of the rod pieces is avoided, and the rod pieces are smoothly.
