The invention provides a high-strength thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of thermal insulation material processing. The high-strength thermal insulation material is prepared from base materials and external auxiliary materials, wherein the base materials comprise the following raw materials: quartz sand, basalt fibers, feldspar, sodium silicate, limestone, boric acid and a binder; and the external auxiliary materials comprise the following raw materials: waterborne epoxy resin, red mud, floating beads, silicon dioxide hydrosol, expanded perlite, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and aluminum silicate fibers. The defects in the prior art are overcome, the impact strength of the material is further improved while the heat insulation performance of the material is effectively improved, and the material has good practicability and is not prone to damage.
本发明提供一种高强度绝热材料及其制备方法,涉及绝热材料加工技术领域。所述高强度绝热材料由基材和外部辅料制备而成,所述基材由以下原料组成:石英砂、玄武岩纤维、长石、硅酸钠、石灰石、硼酸、粘结剂;所述外部辅料由以下原料组成:水性环氧树脂、赤泥、漂珠、二氧化硅水溶胶、膨胀珍珠岩、羟丙基甲基纤维素、硅酸铝纤维。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,在有效提升材料的绝热性能的同时,进一步提升材料的抗冲击强度,使得材料具有良好的实用性不易损坏。
