The invention relates to a thermal regeneration steel slag asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. The thermal regeneration steel slag asphalt mixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-24 parts of steel slag, 27-29 parts of old asphalt mixture, 3.9-4.5 parts of asphalt, 42-60 parts of basalt and 5.4-5.6 parts of mineral powder, wherein the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio is 3.9-4.5%, the steel slag and the old asphalt mixture are both used as coarse aggregates, and the residual aggregates are basalt and limestone mineral powder. According to the present invention, the thermal regeneration steel slag asphalt mixture test piece has characteristics of good high temperature stability, good low temperature crack resistance and good water stability; by adding steel slag, the low temperature crack resistance of the mixture is enhanced while the blending rate of the regeneration asphalt pavement material is improved, wherein when the steel slag content is 23.94 parts, the old asphalt pavement material content is 27.69 parts, and the aggregate replacement rate achieves 51.63 parts; the problem of excessive mining of stones is solved, and the ecological environment is protected; and by adding the steel slag, the blending rate of the old asphalt pavement material is increased, the cost is reduced, and the problem that a large amount of steel slag and the old asphalt pavement material cannot be utilized is solved.
本发明涉及一种热再生钢渣沥青混合料及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:6‑24份钢渣,27‑29份旧沥青混合料,3.9‑4.5份沥青,42‑60份玄武岩,5.4‑5.6份矿粉,最佳油石比为3.9‑4.5%;钢渣与旧沥青混合料均用作粗集料,剩余集料为玄武岩和石灰岩矿粉。热再生钢渣沥青混合料试件具有较好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及水稳定性,钢渣的加入增强了混合料的低温抗裂性能,同时提升了再生沥青路面材料的掺配率,当钢渣为23.94份时,旧沥青路面材料为27.69份,对集料的替代率达到了51.63份。本发明解决了石料过度开采问题,保护生态环境,同时,通过加入钢渣提升了旧沥青路面材料的掺配率,降低了成本,解决了大量钢渣与旧沥青路面材料得不到利用的问题。
