The invention discloses a prestressed high-strength concrete mixed reinforcement sharp-corner pile and a preparation method thereof. The outer section of a pile body is in an equilateral triangle shape, the inner section of the pile body is a circular cavity, and the pile tip part of the pile body is in a triangular pyramid shape; a steel reinforcement cage of the pile body comprises prestressed main steel bars, non-prestressed steel bars and stirrups; the prestressed main steel bars and the non-prestressed steel bars are arranged at intervals and longitudinally embedded in the pile body to form an equilateral triangle in a surrounding mode; the stirrups spirally surround the outer sides of the prestressed main steel bars and the non-prestressed steel bars; and an end plate is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the steel reinforcement cage, and the shape of the end plate is the same as that of the section of the pile body. According to the structure, when the pile body of each corner pile is extruded by a soil layer, external force from all directions can be mutually counteracted, and the internal force action of the section of the pile body is more balanced. The bending resistance and the shearing resistance of the pile body are superior to those of a prestressed concrete pipe pile and a mixed reinforcement pipe pile with the same diameter. In addition, the rigidity of the pile body is enhanced, and the hitting resistance and the anti-seismic property of the corner pile are also improved.
