The waterproof heat preservation structure comprises a concrete layer, a metal grid layer, a non-woven fabric layer and a waterproof coiled material layer which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the concrete layer comprises fine aggregate concrete powder and a concrete installation package, and the concrete installation package is of a bag type structure; the concrete installation package is filled with the fine aggregate concrete powder in a sealed mode; a plurality of clamps used for being clamped with the metal grid layer are arranged at the bottom of the concrete installation package at intervals; and the top of the concrete installation package comprises a water injection structure, and the concrete installation package is made of transparent materials. Integrated construction of a waterproof coiled material and the protection layer can be achieved, repeated concrete pouring and open type pouring are avoided after construction of the waterproof coiled material is completed, the waterproof coiled material is green and environmentally friendly, the green construction requirement of constructional engineering is met, exposure oxidation of the waterproof coiled material can be prevented, the anti-cracking effect is achieved, the construction procedure is simplified, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
