The problem that a heat preservation and waterproof structure at the seismic isolation joint loses efficacy after an earthquake is effectively solved, the heat preservation and waterproof structure does not need to be replaced after the earthquake, the later maintenance cost can be reduced, and the heat preservation and waterproof performance at the seismic isolation joint is guaranteed.
