The invention discloses a processing technology of a special plate for an integrated fireproof smoke exhaust air duct. The processing technology comprises the following steps: A, respectively manufacturing a heat insulation core layer, a fireproof layer and a decorative surface layer; and B, after the surface of the fireproof layer is coated with environment-friendly acrylic acid glue, pasting the face with the glue to the surface of the heat insulation core layer, and carrying out compounding through a hot press. The fireproof layer, the heat insulation core layer and the decorative surface layer are compounded through a hot press, the decorative surface layer is made of PE or aluminum foil, the heat insulation core layer is made of high-temperature-resistant vertical-wire rock wool, the fireproof layer is made of a high-strength gelling inorganic material, meanwhile, the high-strength gelling inorganic material is composed of magnesium sulfate, calcium silicate, magnesium oxide, plant fibers, aluminum sulfate fibers, a modifier, bentonite, a foaming agent and water, so that the special plate for the integrated fireproof smoke exhaust air duct can resist the high temperature of 1000 DEG C, the combustion performance reaches the A1 level, the strength is high, sound insulation and heat insulation are achieved, cracking and deformation are avoided in the machining and using process, and the service life is 20 years or longer.
