The invention provides a blue-green algae prevention and removal device and a copper pipe algae removal device. The copper pipe algae removal device comprises a support and a copper pipe algae removal component; the inner section of the copper pipe algae removal component is triangular, the copper pipe algae removal component is supported on the support in a snake shape, and when the copper pipe algae removal device is mounted in a water area for use, the copper pipe algae removal component is supported by the support to be in the snake shape and is bent in the vertical direction. By means of the blue-green algae prevention and removal device, water on the surface layer of a water area with high oxygen content can be guided into the bottom layer of the water area with low oxygen content, and meanwhile, copper ions in a copper pipe are used for conducting sterilization and algae removal on liquid in the copper pipe. Therefore, the algae in the water can be eliminated, and the water quality of the bottom layer of the water area can be improved.
