The invention discloses a construction waste recycled aggregate which is characterized in that the proportion of components such as concrete in the recycled aggregate is controlled through two-stage crushing, four-stage separation and repeated impurity removal, and the content of needle-sheet-shaped components is controlled to be 1.5-2.4 wt%, the mud content is 3.6-4.3 wt%, and the micro powder content is 2.3-2.9 wt%, so that the crushing value of the prepared recycled aggregate is slightly greater than 30% and less than 35%; the construction waste recycled aggregate comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of mortar and concrete, 36.5-42.1% of concrete, 0.1-0.3% of impurities and the balance of bricks and tiles. The construction waste recycled aggregate meets the requirements of secondary and below highway base layers, can realize further recycling of various construction wastes, improves economic benefits, and is beneficial to environmental protection.
