The invention discloses a construction waste self-reinforced recycled aggregate preparation method which comprises the following steps: (1) crushing construction waste containing red bricks and hardened cement paste, and separating out a red brick material and blocks containing the hardened cement paste; (2) mixing and grinding the red brick material and a solution containing carboxyl ether to obtain modified slurry containing a nanoscale red brick particle material; and (3) dipping the separated lumps containing the hardened cement paste in the modified slurry, taking out the lumps containing the hardened cement paste after dipping is completed, and drying to obtain the construction waste self-reinforced recycled aggregate. In the solution containing the carboxyl ether, the solvent is water, and the concentration of the carboxyl ether is 0.1-0.8 mol/L; the particle size range of the nanoscale red brick particle material is 50-200nm; in the dipping process, the mixed material is heated and stirred, and the heating temperature is 40-80 DEG C; the method can be used for preparing the construction waste self-reinforced recycled aggregate with high strength and low water absorption.
