Concrete anti-freezing agent and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a concrete anti-freezing agent which comprises glycerol, triethanolamine, sodium sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, calcium chloride, a water reducing agent, water and a nanometer seed crystal early strength agent, and the mass of the nanometer seed crystal early strength agent is 100%. The nano seed crystal early strength agent comprises 10 wt%-15 wt% of calcium nitrate, 20 wt%-25 wt% of sodium silicate and an optional dispersing agent and/or a reaction product comprising 10 wt%-15 wt% of calcium nitrate, 20 wt%-25 wt% of sodium silicate and an optional dispersing agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the concrete anti-freezing agent and application of the concrete anti-freezing agent in concrete engineering. The anti-freezing agent does not need to use nitrate and nitrite components, has the advantages of safety and environmental protection, improves the durability of the concrete, can improve the hardening speed of the concrete while preventing freezing, and further reduces the risk of frost heaving.
