Long-span bridge vibration monitoring device and monitoring method thereof
A long-span bridge vibration monitoring device disclosed by the present invention comprises pier bodies, a beam body, a vibration pressure detector and a detection column, the vibration pressure detector comprises a shell, a block, a piston rod, a piston and a fixing sleeve, an oil pressing cavity is enclosed between the piston and the shell, and an oil outlet cavity is formed among the fixing sleeve, the piston and the shell. An oil storage cavity is formed in the position, above the oil outlet cavity, in the shell, an oil pressing hole is formed in the lower portion of the piston, and a pressure sensor is arranged in the oil pressing cavity. The invention further discloses a long-span bridge vibration monitoring method. According to the device, through arranging the vibration pressure detector and the detection column between each pier body and the beam body, a sliding block, a spring and a damping hydraulic oil circuit in the vibration pressure detector buffer vibration pressure transmitted by a beam body and a detection column, so that shear deformation of the bridge vibration reduction and isolation support is avoided, and a pressure sensor in the damping hydraulic oil circuit is used for conveniently monitoring the vibration stress condition of a large bridge in real time; and the shock insulation stress state of the shock insulation support can be monitored in real time.
本发明公开了一种长跨度大桥震动监测装置,包括墩体、梁体、震动压力检测器和检测柱,震动压力检测器包括壳体、块、活塞杆、活塞和固定套,活塞和壳体之间围成有压油腔,固定套、活塞和壳体之间形成出油腔,壳体内位于出油腔上方设置有储油腔,活塞下部设置有压油孔,压油腔内设置有压力传感器,本发明还公开了一种长跨度大桥震动监测方法,本发明通过在每个墩体和梁体之间安装有震动压力检测器和检测柱,震动压力检测器内的滑块、弹簧和减震阻尼液压油路对梁体和检测柱传递过来的震动压力进行缓冲,不仅避免桥梁减隔震支座剪切变形,而且利用减震阻尼液压油路中的压力传感器便于实时监测大桥震动受力情况,有利于实时监测隔震支座隔震受力状态。
