The invention relates to the field of pile foundation construction, and particularly relates to underwater cast-in-place pile pipe shaking equipment. The underwater cast-in-place pile pipe shaking equipment comprises a support and a shaking plate arranged on the support; the shaking plate is provided with an installing hole for a guide pipe to penetrate; the support is rotationally connected with a plurality of rotating parts; the plurality of rotating parts are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the axis of the installing hole; each rotating part is eccentrically provided with a connecting shaft, and each connecting shaft is parallel to the eccentric direction of the axis of the corresponding rotating part; each connecting shaft is rotationally connected between the shaking plate and the corresponding rotating part; and the support is further provided with a drive assembly used for driving the multiple rotating parts to rotate. Compared with the prior art, according to the scheme, the shaking amplitude applied to the guide pipe is stable, the frequency is high, concrete blocked in the guide pipe can start to flow more rapidly, and accordingly the construction speed of an underwater cast-in-place pile can be increased.
