Corrugated steel plate reinforced orthogonal laminated wood composite floor slab and manufacturing method
The invention relates to a corrugated steel plate reinforced orthogonal laminated wood composite floor slab. The corrugated steel plate reinforced orthogonal laminated wood composite floor slab comprises orthogonal laminated wood, self-tapping screws and a corrugated steel plate; the corrugated steel plate is attached to the orthogonal laminated wood, so that the length defense line where the wave crest of the corrugated steel plate is located is in the rift grain direction of the orthogonal laminated wood; and the self-tapping screws perpendicularly penetrate into the corrugated steel plate and the orthogonal laminated wood from the wave trough of the orthogonal laminated wood. According to the corrugated steel plate reinforced orthogonal laminated wood composite floor slab, the good flexural rigidity of the corrugated steel plate can be fully utilized to improve the overall stability of the floor slab, and thus the vibration comfort degree of the composite floor slab is improved. Meanwhile, part of the steel plate in the corrugated steel plate is far away from the section neutral axis and can yield first under the action of bending moment to generate plastic deformation, and thus brittle failure of the orthogonal laminated wood due to tensile fracture of wood is avoided. In addition, the action of the self-tapping screws is similar to that of stirrups in a reinforced concrete structure, and the rolling shear bearing capacity of the floor slab can be improved to a certain extent.
