Method for pre-burying corrugated pipe in top plate
The invention relates to a method for pre-burying a corrugated pipe in a top plate. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a positioning plate of the corrugated pipe is customized according to the size of a lower collet groove; (2) a cross center control line is marked on the positioning plate by using an ink line; (3) after a top plate formwork is erected, corrugated pipe positioning grid lines are drawn on the top plate formwork; the cross center line of the positioning plate are aligned with the positioning grid lines on the top plate formwork respectively; the positioning plate is fixed on the top plate formwork; (4) the groove of the lower collet of the corrugated pipe is buckled on the positioning plate; (5) a reinforcing mesh is bound; the lower part and the lower part of the corrugated pipe are clamped by longitudinal ribs; (6) a wire is hung to adjust the upper position of the corrugated pipe, and the positioning of the corrugated pipe is determined; upper and lower reinforcing meshes of the top plate are welded with corrugated pipe joints; (7) the top plate is poured, the lower surface elevation of the top plate is the contact face of the top plate formwork and the positioning plate, and the upper surface elevation of the top plate is the height of the upper collet of the corrugated pipe.
