The invention provides a large-span ultrahigh formwork real-time dynamic monitoring construction method. The method comprises the steps that construction preparation is conducted, and construction parameters of a formwork are determined; three-dimensional visual simulation erection is conducted, a BIM is utilized for conducting formwork visual model design, positioning line snapping and frame body erection, lofting and line snapping marking are conducted on the distance between vertical rods through the BIM, the positions of the vertical rods are marked, and a frame body is erected after marking is completed; the formwork is installed, wall column concrete is poured, beam plate ribs are bound, plate ribs are bound, and a beam edge formwork is reinforced; and a monitoring system is arranged, beam plate concrete is poured, the monitoring system judges the pouring state of the beam plate concrete in real time, if the state is abnormal, pouring is stopped, if the state is normal, pouring continues to be conducted till completion, and maintenance and formwork removal are conducted. According to the large-span ultrahigh formwork real-time dynamic monitoring construction method, a high formwork system can be monitored in real time, the deformation condition of the high formwork system is dynamically known in real time, and monitoring data are fed back in real time.
