Construction method of large-span fabricated concrete formwork system
The invention relates to a construction method of a large-span fabricated concrete formwork system. Comprising the steps that formwork side formworks, a side framework, a bottom formwork and a bottom framework are prepared, and two pieces of I-shaped steel placed at the positions of lifting lugs of adjacent inverted-T-shaped beams are further included; an operation platform is arranged between every two adjacent inverted T-shaped beams; i-shaped steel is placed at the lifting lugs of the adjacent inverted T-shaped beams; battens and covering wood plywood are arranged on the I-shaped steel to form a bottom framework; binding cast-in-place beam steel bars; installing a side framework and reinforcing the side framework through a steel pipe, an opposite-pulling lead screw and a butterfly buckle; concrete is poured, and the cast-in-place beam is cured; firstly dismantling the side framework, and dismantling the bottom framework and the I-shaped steel when the concrete strength reaches the condition of dismantling the bottom die. According to the construction method, due to the fact that a traffic channel of a construction site is not occupied, the requirement for the operation space is not large, and an all-round scaffold is not built any more, the construction speed can be greatly increased. The construction period and the construction cost are reduced; the tool is simple and easy to operate, and tool processing materials are convenient to find.
本发明是一种大跨度装配式混凝土模架体系的施工方法;包括制备模架侧模、侧骨架、底模、底骨架,还包括两根搁置在相邻倒T梁的挑耳处的工字钢;在相邻倒T梁之间设置操作平台;将工字钢搁置在相邻倒T梁的挑耳处;在工字钢上设置木方及覆面木胶合板,形成底骨架;绑扎现浇梁钢筋;安装侧骨架并通过钢管与对拉丝杆及蝴蝶扣对其进行加固;浇筑混凝土并对对现浇梁进行养护;先拆除侧骨架,待混凝土强度达到拆除底模的条件,拆除底骨架及工字钢。本施工方法,由于不占用施工现场的交通通道,对作业空间也没有太大的要求,由于不再搭建满堂脚手架,因此能够大大提升施工速率。减少施工周期,降低施工成本;并且简便、易操作,工具加工材料也方便寻找。
