Damping and reinforcing structure for vertical concrete pump pipe and construction method thereof
A damping and reinforcing structure for a vertical concrete pump pipe comprises four vertical rods arranged around the concrete pump pipe in a surrounding mode and three reinforcing devices arranged on the lower portion, the middle portion and the upper portion of the four vertical rods, wherein jacking supports are arranged at the tops of the four vertical rods, two pieces of square steel are placed on the upper portions of the jacking supports, and the four vertical rods are tightly connected with an upper floor slab and a lower floor slab by adjusting the height of the jacking supports. Each of the reinforcing devices located on the upper portion and the middle portion comprises four first short steel tubes and a plurality of second short steel tubes, wherein the four first short steel tubes are connected with the four vertical rods, the concrete pump pipe is enclosed to form a closed integrity, each of the two sides of the concrete pump pipe are provided with two corresponding upper second short steel tubes and two corresponding lower second short steel tubes in a tightly attached mode, the second short steel tubes located on the lower portion are erected on the corresponding first short steel tubes, the second short steel tubes are fixed to the concrete pump pipe through split bolts, and rubber gaskets are placed between the second short steel tubes and the concrete pump pipe. The influence of vibration of the concrete pump pipe on the floor slabs in the pumping process is reduced.
一种竖向混凝土泵管减震加固结构,包括:围设在混凝土泵管周围的四根立杆、设于四根立杆的下部、中部、上部的三个加固装置;四根立杆的顶部设有顶托,顶托上部放置两根方钢,通过调节顶托高度,使四根立杆与上下层楼板紧密连接;位于上部和中部的加固装置,包括:四个第一短钢管、多个第二短钢管;四个第一短钢管与四根立杆相连接,将混凝土泵管围设形成闭合整体;混凝土泵管的两侧分别紧贴上下两个所述第二短钢管,位于下部的第二短钢管架设在第一短钢管上,通过对拉螺栓将第二短钢管与混凝土泵管固定,第二短钢管与混凝土泵管之间放置有橡胶垫片。本发明降低混凝土泵管在泵送过程因震动对楼板产生的影响。
