The invention discloses a cordierite ceramic device, and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mixing Al2O3 powder with photosensitive resin to obtain photosensitive slurry; based on a 3D printing process, preparing the photosensitive slurry into an Al2O3 framework prefabricated body; carrying out debonding treatment on the Al2O3 framework prefabricated body, so as to obtain an Al2O3 framework; and carrying out a sintering reaction on the Al2O3 prefabricated body, MgO powder and SiO2 powder to obtain the cordierite ceramic device. The method solves the problems that existing cordierite ceramics are difficult to prepare in complex shapes, high in energy consumption, low in strength and the like.
