Cordierite porous ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides cordierite porous ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing roasted asbestos tailings, fly ash and auxiliary materials to obtain biscuit powder; an adhesive is added into the biscuit powder for granulation, and biscuit granules are obtained; carrying out compression molding on the biscuit granules to obtain a biscuit; and drying the biscuit, heating, preserving heat, and cooling to obtain the cordierite porous ceramic material. The cordierite porous ceramic is prepared by the preparation method of the cordierite porous ceramic. The cordierite porous ceramic is prepared from the asbestos tailings and the fly ash at a low temperature, and a direction is provided for resource utilization of the asbestos tailings; the cordierite porous ceramic prepared by the invention has the characteristics of narrower pore size distribution, high porosity, low density, good chemical stability and higher strength, and can be used as a fire-resistant thermal insulation material and a high-temperature flue gas filtering material.
本发明提供了一种堇青石多孔陶瓷及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:对焙烧的石棉尾渣、粉煤灰和辅料混合得到素坯粉体;将素坯粉体加入粘接剂造粒,得到素坯颗粒料;将素坯颗粒料压制成型,得到素坯;将素坯干燥、加热和保温,冷却得到堇青石多孔陶瓷材料。所述堇青石多孔陶瓷由所述的堇青石多孔陶瓷的制备方法得到。本发明利用石棉尾渣和粉煤灰在较低温度下制备堇青石多孔陶瓷,为石棉尾矿的资源化利用提供了方向;本发明制得的堇青石多孔陶瓷孔径分布较窄、孔隙率高、密度低、化学稳定性好、具有较高的强度的特点,可作为耐火保温材料和高温烟气过滤材料。
