The invention relates to a smart city road cleaning device capable of continuously operating, which comprises a body and a cleaning mechanism, the body comprises a rack and a water tank, and the lower end face of the cleaning mechanism makes contact with the ground; two rotating wheels are installed at the lower end of the rack, two vertically-arranged first supporting frames are fixed to the lower end face of the rack, and a cylinder with a plurality of water inlet holes formed in the outer wall in a penetrating mode is rotationally connected between the two first supporting frames; the upper end face of the rack is provided with a vacuum pump, a water inlet of the vacuum pump is connected with a water inlet pipe, one end of the cylinder penetrates through the first supporting frame and rotates in a sealed mode, and the end, away from the vacuum pump, of the water inlet pipe is connected with the first supporting frame in a sealed mode. The lower end of the water inlet pipe is connected with a guide pipe. The lower end of the guide pipe abuts against the inner wall of the cylinder. A water outlet of the vacuum pump is connected with a water outlet pipe. Compared with the prior art that sewage is collected after shutdown, the smart city road cleaning device of the invention realizes continuous operation in the ground cleaning process, and thus the labor efficiency in the cleaning operation process is improved.
