The end face of the filter plate is continuously cleaned through the scraper and the movable frame, so that sundries on the filter plate are not prone to blocking meshes of the filter plate, and then the water drainage work can be continuously and stably carried out; and the filter plate is automatically cleaned, so that the workload of workers is reduced, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and then the water drainage efficiency is improved.
