The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and discloses a construction method of a prefabricated air conditioner casing pipe. The construction method comprises the following steps that a model and a processing drawing of the prefabricated air conditioner casing pipe are exported according to a BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology; a mold for pouring is manufactured according to the size of the prefabricated air conditioner casing pipe; a casing pipe main body is manufactured; the casing pipe main body is put accurately into the mold and fixing the casing pipe main body; concrete is poured into the mold; and the mold is removed. According to the prefabricated air conditioner casing pipe, the casing pipe main body is embedded in the middle of a prefabricated building block to form a consistent prefabricated part, a constructor only needs to conduct masonry construction at the position corresponding to the air conditioner casing pipe, installation of the whole casing pipe can be completed, the construction efficiency is improved, drilling materials are not wasted, and construction materials are saved. In addition, effective water prevention can be achieved between the casing pipe main body and a prefabricated masonry, and meanwhile rainwater can be prevented from flowing back into a room from the casing pipe main body by obliquely arranging the center line of the casing pipe main body relative to a horizontal plane.
