Construction method for constructing anchor rod and pile foundation by adopting prefabricated protective casing pipe
According to the construction method for constructing the anchor rod and the pile foundation through the prefabricated protective casing pipe, a pipe body of the prefabricated protective casing pipe is solidified through a poured solidification material, and the diameter of the pipe body ranges from 10 cm to 50 cm, the length of the pipe body is 100 cm or above, and the thickness of the pipe body ranges from 1 cm to 10 cm; the solidification material comprises fiber concrete, superfluid concrete, concrete or cement mortar, fiber cement mortar and cement paste; reinforcing steel bars or fibers can be adopted as a framework of the prefabricated protective sleeve, and the reinforcement cage and the poured solidification material are solidified; the method comprises the following steps: firstly, pressing a prefabricated protective sleeve into a stratum by using pile pressing equipment, then arranging a drilling machine position, drilling a hole to the stratum through the center of the prefabricated protective sleeve by using a drill rod vertically or at a certain angle, and when a variable-diameter expanded-head reinforcement cage is adopted, performing hole expanding and hole forming at a position where the expanded-head reinforcement cage is released, placing a variable-diameter expanded-head reinforcement cage or a main reinforcement of a pile foundation to a preset position in the drill hole; and grouting to form an anchor or a pile.
一种采用预制护套管建构锚杆及桩基的工法,预制护套管管体以浇筑的凝固材料凝固,管体的尺寸是直径为10‑50cm,长度为100cm以上,厚度为1‑10cm;凝固材料包括纤维混凝土、超流态混凝土、混凝土或水泥砂浆、纤维水泥砂浆、水泥浆;可以采用钢筋或纤维作为预制护套管的骨架,筋笼与浇筑的凝固材料凝固;先用压桩设备将预制护套管压入地层,再设钻机位,以垂直或以一定角度下钻杆通过预制护套管的中央向地层钻孔,采用变直径扩大头钢筋笼时则还需要在释放扩大头钢筋笼的位置进入扩孔成孔,放置变直径扩大头钢筋笼或桩基的主筋到钻孔中预定位置;注浆成锚或成桩。
