Tubular pile prefabricated part production pre-curing device
The invention provides a tubular pile prefabricated part production pre-curing device which comprises a box body. The bottom of an inner cavity of the box body is sequentially and rotationally connected with conveying rollers from front to back, the front face of the box body is in bolting connection with a feeding frame, the bottom of the feeding frame is in bolting connection with a controller, an inner cavity of the feeding frame is sequentially and rotationally connected with feeding rollers from front to back, and a discharging frame is in bolting connection with the back face of the box body. By means of the tubular pile prefabricated part production pre-curing device, through cooperation of a temperature sensor, the temperature in the box body is sensed in real time, then a signal instruction is sent to the controller, a heating box is used for providing a heat source, and an air pump is used for providing a driving source; through cooperation of a communicating cylinder, a manifold, a communicating frame and a nozzle, the two sides in the box body can be evenly and efficiently heated; and through cooperation of a three-way connector and a communicating bent pipe, the front face of the inner cavity of the box body can be heated, so that the high-temperature heating effect in the box body is enhanced, and full high-temperature steam curing treatment can be conducted on a demolded tubular pile prefabricated part.
本发明提供一种管桩预制件生产预养护装置,包括:箱体,所述箱体内腔的底部从前至后依次转动连接有传送辊,所述箱体的正面栓接有加料架,所述加料架的底部栓接有控制器,所述加料架的内腔从前至后依次转动连接有加料辊,所述箱体的背面栓接有出料架。本发明通过温度传感器的配合,对箱体内部温度进行实时感应,继而向控制器发送信号指令,通过加热箱提供热量来源,气泵提供驱动来源,连通筒、歧管、连通架和喷嘴的配合,可对箱体内部的两侧进行均匀高效加热,通过三通接头和连通弯管的配合,可对箱体内腔的正面进行升温加热,从而增强箱体内部的高温加热效果,从而可对脱模后的管桩预制件进行充分高温蒸养处理。
