Method for preparing magnesium phosphate cement paste from magnesium ore powder
The invention relates to a method for preparing magnesium phosphate cement paste from magnesium ore. Magnesium stone powder, magnesite powder, magnesia powder and heavy dead-burnt and light-burnt clinker with a low magnesium oxide content are selected as main magnesium ore powder raw materials; light calcined magnesia powder (93%) or fly ash is used as an auxiliary raw material. One of the main magnesium ore powder raw materials and the auxiliary raw material are combined for use, and phosphoric acid, tap water and a cement additive are added. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking powder, preparing acid, preparing water, neutralizing, stirring and gelling. According to the method, the manufacturing cost of the phosphorus-magnesium cement can be greatly reduced, and the large-range and large-scale civil use of the phosphorus-magnesium cement is promoted.
本发明涉及一种用镁矿石制备磷酸镁水泥净浆的方法。本发明选择镁石粉、菱镁粉、苦土粉,低氧化镁含量的重质重烧和轻烧的熟料,作为主要镁矿石粉原料;轻烧氧化镁粉(93%)或粉煤灰作为辅助原料。本发明将一种主要镁矿石粉原料与一种辅助原料组合使用,并加入磷酸、自来水、水泥外加剂。本发明制备方法包括如下步骤:取粉‑配酸‑配水‑中和‑搅拌‑胶凝。本发明方法可大幅度降低磷镁水泥的制作成本,推动磷镁水泥的大范围、大规模民用。
