Low-exothermic magnesium phosphate cement paste and preparation method thereof
The invention provides low-heat-release magnesium phosphate cement paste and a preparation method thereof. The low-heat-release magnesium phosphate cement paste comprises dead burned magnesium oxide, magnesium phosphate, phosphate and a retarder, wherein the raw materials comprise 10 to 15 parts of dead burned magnesium oxide, 45 to 55 parts of magnesium phosphate, 20 to 25 parts of phosphate, 13 to 20 parts of mixing water and 0.5 to 0.7 part of retarder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the retarder in parts by weight, and dissolving the retarder in a proper amount of mixing water to form a retarder solution; weighing dead burned magnesium oxide, magnesium phosphate and phosphate in parts by weight, and uniformly mixing; and uniformly mixing the retarder solution with the dead burned magnesium oxide, magnesium phosphate and phosphate mixture, adding the rest of the mixing water, and fully stirring to obtain the low-heat-release magnesium phosphate cement paste. The magnesium phosphate is used for replacing part of dead burnt magnesium oxide, so that the hydration heat of the magnesium phosphate cement can be effectively reduced, and the strength loss is reduced; meanwhile, sodium alginate is used as a retarder, which is different from the traditional retarder, so that the setting time of the magnesium phosphate cement can be effectively prolonged, and the influence on strength loss is small.
本发明提供一种低放热磷酸镁水泥浆及其制备方法,包括重烧氧化镁、磷酸镁、磷酸盐和缓凝剂;其中所述重烧氧化镁10~15份、磷酸镁45~55份、磷酸盐20~25份、拌合水13~20份、缓凝剂0.5~0.7份;其制备方法包括以下步骤:按重量份称取缓凝剂将缓凝剂溶解在适量拌合水中形成缓凝剂溶液;按重量份称取重烧氧化镁、磷酸镁、磷酸盐均匀混合;将缓凝剂溶液与重烧氧化镁、磷酸镁、磷酸盐混合料均匀混合后加入剩余拌合水,充分搅拌,即可制得低放热磷酸镁水泥净浆。本发明利用磷酸镁替代部分重烧氧化镁,可有效降低磷酸镁水泥水化热,减少强度损失;同时,本发明以海藻酸钠为缓凝剂,区别于传统缓凝剂,不仅可以有效延长本发明磷酸镁水泥凝结时间,而且对强度损失影响较小。
