The invention provides a pipe pile prefabricated part convenient to disassemble. The pipe pile prefabricated part comprises a prefabricated part body and a pipe pile; an installation box is embedded in an inner cavity of the prefabricated part body; a limiting column is integrally formed in the center of the bottom of the pipe pile; the bottom of the limiting column sequentially penetrates through the prefabricated part body and the center of the top of the installation box and extends to an inner cavity of the installation box; and a clamping mechanism is arranged on the left side of the inner cavity of the installation box. According to the pipe pile prefabricated part, through cooperation of a threaded rod, a first gear, a second gear, a rotating shaft, a threaded sleeve, a movable rod, a supporting plate and a disc, a user rotates the rotating shaft through a handle, and therefore a movable block is extruded till a clamping block leaves an inner cavity of a clamping groove; the user lifts the pipe pile upwards through equipment, and then the pipe pile can be disassembled from the top of the prefabricated part body; and the whole disassembling process is simple and rapid, large equipment does not need to be used for cutting the pipe pile, and the problem that a traditional pipe pile prefabricated part cannot rapidly disassemble the pipe pile is solved.
