A connecting face is arranged at one side of the balcony floor; first holes are formed in the two corners ofthe upper surface of the balcony floor respectively; the first holes are formed along the side away from the connecting face; the two stand columns are arranged on the upper surface of the balcony floor; the multiple connecting columns are fixedly connected with the connecting face; and the two balcony supporting frames are arranged on the lower surface of the balcony floor. The two balcony supporting frames are arranged along the connecting face, the guide rail cross beams are inserted into a wall body connected with the balcony floor, the guide rail cross beams are matched with the connecting columns, and the wall body is further provided with a plurality of second holes and a plurality of third holes. According to the prefabricated balcony convenient to disassemble and the using methodthereof, the balcony and an outrigger structure do not need to be poured together through cast-in-place concrete, so that a user can disassemble and assemble the balcony and the outrigger structure conveniently.
