The construction method comprises the steps that the dismantling section positions of concrete members are determined, and lines are drawn at planned cutting seams; paying-off positioning is conducted, specifically, a bottom plate is fixedly mounted under the to-be-dismantled concrete members, and temporary supporting structures are erected on the bottom plate and the concrete members; a cutting rope saw system is mounted at the line drawing position of each cutting seam, and cutting is started; after the two ends of any section are cut along the cutting seams, all the gravity of the section falls on the temporary supporting structure at the lower end, and the freely-cut section members are hoisted; and after the concrete members are all dismantled and hoisted, the temporary supporting structures are dismantled. Compared with the prior art, the construction method is more stable, the broken members do not fall, and the construction safety is high.
