The invention discloses a movable variable-counterweight steel structure temporary supporting foundation and a mounting method thereof. The movable variable-counterweight steel structure temporary supporting foundation comprises a foundation base, wherein the foundation base is of a #-shaped frame structure formed by crossing and fixing four foundation back edges; two ends of each pair of parallel foundation back edges are sealed through a movable device with adjustable vertical height; a fixed steel plate is arranged at a crossed point of the foundation back edges through a temporary supporting mounting screw rod; a counterweight mounting screw rod which extends vertically is mounted on the foundation back edge at the outer side of the temporary supporting mounting screw rod through a thread; a plurality of layers of counterweight blocks are arranged on the counterweight mounting screw rod in a penetrating manner; and the counterweight blocks comprise one layer of foundation counterweight blocks and a plurality of layers of adjustable counterweight blocks, which are arranged from bottom to top. According to the movable variable-counterweight steel structure temporary supporting foundation disclosed by the invention, the arrangement of a temporary supporting steel column foundation is realized through the foundation base with adjustable size and the counterweight blocks with adjustable quantity, and enough anti-overturning capability is provided for different temporary supporting steel columns, so that the applicability and safety coefficient of temporary supporting are improved.
