High-hardness wear-resistant satin glazed tile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-hardness wear-resistant satin glazed tile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing ground glaze; 2) preparing satin glaze; 3) preparing wear-resistant dry particles; (4) applying ground coat on the green brick in a bell jar type glaze pouring manner to form a ground coat layer; (5) uniformly applying satin glaze on the surface of the green brick by adopting a water cutter cabinet glaze spraying mode to form a satin glaze layer; and 6) applying the wear-resistant dry granular glaze on the satin glaze layer. The satin glaze provided by the invention can improve the light transmittance of the ceramic tile and reduce the glossiness; the satin glaze is subjected to ball milling and pulping and then is aged, so that each particle in the glaze slurry can be fully hydrated and subjected to ion exchange, the viscosity is promoted to be reduced, the deformation conditions such as crystal precipitation during firing are reduced, and the production quality of a ceramic tile product is improved; and the suspension glue in the wear-resistant dry granular glaze can fill glaze surface defects possibly occurring between the satin glaze layer and the wear-resistant dry granules, so that the production quality of the ceramic tile is stably improved.
本发明公开了一种高硬度耐磨的缎光釉面砖及其制备方法，包括以下步骤：1)配制底釉；2)配制缎光釉；3)配制耐磨干粒；4)采用钟罩式淋釉的方式将底釉施布在砖坯上，以形成底釉层；5)采用水刀柜喷釉的方式将缎光釉均匀施布在砖坯的表面上，以形成缎光釉层；6)将耐磨干粒釉施布在缎光釉层上。本发明的缎光釉可提高陶瓷砖的透光性及降低光泽度，将缎光釉球磨制浆再进行陈腐，可使釉浆中各个颗粒充分水化并进行离子交换，促使粘度降低，减少烧成时晶体析出等变形情况，提升陶瓷砖产品的生产品质；耐磨干粒釉中的悬浮胶水可填充缎光釉层及耐磨干粒之间可能出现的釉面缺陷，从而稳定提升陶瓷砖的生产品质。
