The method comprises the steps: roasting diatomite under original soil to obtain roasted diatomite; placing the obtained roasted diatomite in a sodium hydroxide solution for reaction, then carrying out suction filtration, washing until the pH value is neutral, and drying to obtain diatomite I; placing the obtained diatomite I in a high-concentration sulfuric acid solution for reaction, then carrying out suction filtration, washing until the pH value is neutral, and drying to obtain diatomite II; placing the obtained diatomite II in a sodium hexametaphosphate solution for ultrasonic oscillation, then adding distilled water to adjust the mass concentration of the solution to be 10%, standing for 5 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, layering the mixed solution, taking bottom layer slurry, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the refined diatomite applied to the blast furnace body refractory material. According to the diatomite purification method disclosed by the invention, low-grade diatomite is effectively purified into high-purity diatomite.
本发明涉及一种应用于高炉本体耐火材料的硅藻土原料提纯方法,属于高炉本体耐火材料技术领域。将硅藻土原土下焙烧得到焙烧硅藻土;将得到的焙烧硅藻土置于氢氧化钠溶液中反应,然后抽滤、洗涤至PH为中性、干燥得到硅藻土Ⅰ;将得到的硅藻土Ⅰ置于高浓度硫酸溶液反应,然后抽滤、洗涤至PH为中性、干燥得到硅藻土Ⅱ;将得到的硅藻土Ⅱ置于六偏磷酸钠溶液中超声震荡,然后加入蒸馏水调节溶液质量浓度为10%,静止5分钟,得到混合液,混合液分层后取底层泥浆,进行过滤、洗涤、干燥后得到应用于高炉本体耐火材料的硅藻精土。本发明的硅藻土提纯的方法,有效的将低品位硅藻土提纯为高纯度的硅藻土。
