The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, in particular to a blast furnace tapping channel refractory material adopting waste refractory materials, which comprises waste materials, an impurity removal agent, zirconium oxide, mixed powder for mixing the materials and a binding agent for the zirconium oxide, the waste materials comprise aluminum-magnesium brick crushed materials, brown aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, magnesium aluminate spinel, modified phenolic resin, aluminum-silicon gel powder, calcium aluminate cement, metal aluminum powder, silica powder and explosion-proof fibers. According to the preparation method, the pre-sintered material is subjected to activity treatment at the temperature lower than the sintering temperature, so that the pre-sintered material has thermal shock performance and compactness, and through analysis of a scanning electron microscope, crystal grains in a product are uniformly distributed in the product, so that the refractory material has the characteristic of stable crack propagation, and the compactness and thermal shock performance of the product are improved; and the refractory material for the blast furnace tapping channel, which adopts the waste refractory material, can reduce the cost of the refractory material, save mineral resources and reduce environmental pollution at the same time.
