The putty formula comprises a premix prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 65%-75% of phosphogypsum, 4.5%-5.5% of glass beads, 0.2%-4% of a gypsum retarder, 0.1%-1.5% of a water reducing agent, 0.2%-3% of a water-retaining agent, 0.1%-1.5% of a defoaming agent, 0.1%-1.5% of a suspending agent, 0.1%-1.5% of cellulose and the balance of talcum powder. The putty formula has the beneficial effects that the putty produced by adopting the formula disclosed by the invention is high in condensation speed and short in waiting time, and can be well matched with the selected plate to be used for prefabricating the putty plate.
