The invention discloses a production process of a high-oxidation-resistance prebaked anode. The production process comprises the following steps of petroleum coke calcination, intermediate crushing, screening, fine crushing, coal pitch melting, burdening, mixing and kneading, forming, roasting and cooling. In the burdening step, besides petroleum coke powder and coal pitch raw materials, polymethyl methacrylate and carbon fibers are further added, wherein the petroleum coke powder is 100 parts, the coal pitch is 20-30 parts, the polymethyl methacrylate is 5-7 parts, and the carbon fibers are 30-50 parts; and in the roasting step, a special roasting curve is adopted for roasting. According to the production process, the polymethyl methacrylate and the carbon fibers are added in ingredients, in combination with the special roasting curve, the quality of the production process of the prebaked anode is modulated, the oxidation resistance and the conductivity of the prebaked anode are greatly improved, and the quality of an electrolytic cell is further improved.
本发明公开了一种高抗氧化性预焙阳极生产工艺,包括石油焦煅烧、中碎、筛分、细碎、煤沥青熔化、配料、混捏、成型、焙烧、冷却的工序,所述配料工序中,除石油焦粉料、煤沥青原料外,还添加了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和碳纤维,其中石油焦粉料100份、煤沥青20‑30份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5‑7份、碳纤维30‑50份;所述焙烧工序中采用特制焙烧曲线进行焙烧。本发明通过在配料中增加聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和碳纤维,并结合特制焙烧曲线,来对预焙阳极生产过程的质量进行调制,大大提高了预焙阳极的抗氧化性能和电导率,进一步提高了电解槽质量。
