The embodiment of the invention provides a movable rail milling vehicle and a movable rail milling vehicle set. The movable rail milling vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a walking system, an operation system, a power supply system and the like. The vehicle body serves as a framework of the whole movable rail milling vehicle, a pantograph is arranged at the top of the vehicle body, the pantograph is used for being electrically connected with the catenary and serves as the only power source of the movable rail milling vehicle, and electricity is taken from the catenary through the pantograph to provide the power source for the movable rail milling vehicle. The walking system is used for driving the movable rail milling vehicle to run along the steel rails. The operation system is mainly used for carrying out corresponding maintenance work or repair work on steel and iron, is connected with the vehicle body and comprises a milling device used for milling steel rails. The power supply system is electrically connected with the pantograph, the walking system and the operation system so as to convert the electric power of the pantograph and transmit the converted electric power to the walking system and the operation system. By the adoption of the scheme, zero emission and low noise in the whole walking and operation process can be achieved.
