The embodiment of the invention provides a movable rail milling vehicle set and a rail milling vehicle. The movable rail milling vehicle set comprises at least two sections of rail milling vehicles which are sequentially connected in the length direction, connecting structures are arranged at the two ends of each rail milling vehicle respectively, and the adjacent rail milling vehicles are detachably connected through the connecting structures; at least one group of finish milling device is arranged on at least one rail milling vehicle; a power system is arranged on at least one rail milling vehicle and used for driving the movable rail milling vehicle set to walk and providing a power source for the finish milling device. By the adoption of the scheme, the running speed of the rail milling vehicle can be increased, maintenance of the steel rail is completed in a small-amount and multi-time rapid milling mode, and the milling efficiency is improved.
