Fabricated cement concrete pavement slab and construction method
The invention provides a fabricated cement concrete pavement slab which comprises slab bodies, the two ends of each slab body are provided with a lower lap joint opening and an upper lap joint opening respectively, and every two adjacent slab bodies are assembled together through matching of the lower lap joint openings and the upper lap joint openings; longitudinal steel bars are arranged at the positions of the upper lap joint opening and the lower lap joint opening at intervals, the longitudinal steel bars are bound together through two or more transverse steel bars, a plurality of transverse reserved anchoring holes are formed in the slab bodies, and every two adjacent slab bodies in the transverse direction are connected through an anchorage device penetrating through the reserved anchoring holes. The construction method comprises the following steps: a) paving a roadbed; b) laying a subbase layer; c) laying a base layer; d) laying a leveling layer; and e) preparing and paving a pavement slab. According to the fabricated cement concrete pavement slab, it is guaranteed that the pavement slab is not prone to damage in the transportation and laying process, the strength of the concrete pavement formed by the pavement slab is guaranteed, the adjacent slab bodies are fixed together through the anchorage devices, and the strength of the formed concrete pavement is further guaranteed.
本发明的装配式水泥混凝土路面板,包括板体,板体的两端分别设置有下、上搭接口,相邻两板体经下搭接口与上搭接口的配合装配在一起;上搭接口和下搭接口处间隔设置有纵向钢筋,纵向钢筋经两根或两根以上的横向钢筋绑扎在一起,板体上设置有多个横向的预留锚固孔,横向方向上相邻两板体经贯穿预留锚固孔的锚具相连接。本发明的施工方法,包括:a).铺设路基;b).铺设底基层;c).铺设基层;d).铺设找平层;e).路面板的制备和铺设。本发明的装配式水泥混凝土路面板,既保证了路面板在运输、铺设的过程中不易损坏,又保证的其所形成的混凝土路面的强度,相邻的板体经锚具固定在一起,进一步保证了所形成混凝土路面的强度。
