Fabricated precast concrete pavement slab and construction method thereof
The invention provides a fabricated precast concrete pavement slab and a construction method thereof. The precast concrete pavement slab comprises a precast concrete slab body, a dowel bar and a positioning device, wherein an anchoring mortise, a slab bottom grouting hole, a slab bottom grout outlet hole and a hoisting hole are formed in the side surface of the precast concrete slab body. The anchoring mortise is provided with a mortise grouting hole and a mortise grout outlet hole. A positioning device is arranged on one side surface of the precast concrete slab body, and a positioning groove is formed in the other side surface; the positioning devices are embedded in the positioning grooves of the adjacent plates; the dowel bars are embedded in the anchoring mortises of the adjacent plates, connection between the plates is achieved by pouring grouting materials into the mortise grouting holes, and connection between the plates and a base layer is achieved by pouring grouting materials into the plate bottom grouting holes. The technical problems that in the prior art, the connecting technology between the prefabricated concrete pavement slabs is complex, the effect is poor, and the prefabricated concrete pavement slabs and the base layer cannot be tightly attached are solved.
本发明提供了一种装配式预制混凝土路面板及其施工方法。该预制混凝土路面板包括预制混凝土板体、传力杆以及定位装置,预制混凝土板体的侧面设有锚固榫槽、板底灌浆孔、板底出浆孔和吊装孔。锚固榫槽上设有榫槽灌浆孔和榫槽出浆孔。预制混凝土板体的一侧面设有定位装置,另一侧面设有定位凹槽;定位装置嵌置于相邻板块的定位凹槽内;传力杆嵌置于相邻板块的锚固榫槽内,通过往榫槽灌浆孔灌入灌浆料实现板间的连接,通过往板底灌浆孔注入灌浆料实现与基层的连接。本发明克服了现有技术中预制混凝土路面板与板间连接工艺复杂、效果差以及预制混凝土路面板与基层间无法紧密贴合的技术问题。
