Fabricated UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) drainage structure
An assembly type UHPC drainage structure comprises a drainage structure unit, the drainage structure unit comprises a first side plate and a second side plate which are located on the two sides respectively, the bottom end of the first side plate and the bottom end of the second side plate are both fixedly connected with a base, one end of the base is provided with a joggling connection protrusion, and the other end of the base is provided with a joggling groove for clamping the connection protrusion; and a cement cushion layer is arranged at the bottom end of the drainage structure unit. The problems that in the prior art, a prefabrication technology is prone to brittle fracture, large in dead weight and difficult to construct are solved, and meanwhile the defects that an existing cast-in-place drainage structure is difficult to construct, high in requirement and long in time are overcome.
一种装配式UHPC排水结构，包括：排水结构单元，所述排水结构单元包括：分别位于两侧的侧板一及侧板二，所述侧板一及侧板二底端均固定连接底座，所述底座一端设有榫接连接凸起，所述底座另一端设有卡设连接凸起的榫接凹槽；所述排水结构单元底端设有水泥垫层。解决现有技术预制技术中易脆断、自重大、难施工的问题，同时解决现有现浇排水结构施工难、要求高、时间长的缺点。
