The invention discloses a sliding telescopic device for sidewalk ancillary facility beam end transition, which comprises a main beam end bridge deck slab, a leading beam end bridge deck slab and an ancillary facility transition device arranged at a gap between the main beam end bridge deck slab and the leading beam end bridge deck slab, and the ancillary facility transition device comprises a rotating assembly, a sliding assembly and an ancillary facility bracket, the rotating assembly is arranged on a bridge deck slab at the end of a main beam, one end of the ancillary facility bracket is hinged and fixed with the rotating assembly, and the sliding assembly is fixed with the ancillary facility bracket and erected on a bridge deck slab at the end of a leading bridge. The device can adapt to the situation that the heights of sidewalk step plates of a main bridge and an approach bridge are inconsistent; the device can adapt to large telescopic displacement under the action of beam end live load and temperature and can adapt to the change of beam end corners, and the pin joint structure releases additional stress generated by the device to a main body structure and an accessory structure; and the sidewalk step plate, the sidewalk handrail and the cable trough box support form an integrated structure, integrated manufacturing and installation are facilitated, and interference to a main body structure is small.
